Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were comfortable but not as clean as expected. The service was excellent overall, with only a minor issue from one individual. The location was perfect for our needs, offering a clean room but with some maintenance issues. The dining was passable with limited options. The facilities could be improved.
The hotel room had some issues with a water leak, and the AC unit didn't work, but it had potential for improvement as it could be converted into a shower, adding value to the room. The room faced south with good sun in the morning and overlooked a quiet parking area in an industrial complex. The stay was priced at 1500H.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for the hockey rinks our sons' team was playing at, but not much else exciting nearby. The rooms had a cozy feel, but unfortunately, there were issues with lingering smoke odor and the lack of tea. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were moments of confusion about hotel policies. Dining options were basic but satisfactory, and the amenities were decent overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean, providing great comfort. However, there was a slight smoke smell in the room. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was an issue with being taken to the wrong hotel, costing extra money to correct. The location was perfect for exploring Ontario, with a clean eating area available. The dining experience was satisfactory but not extraordinary. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
The room was big and comfortable with a king bed, microwave, and mini fridge, but it wasn't as clean as expected. There was a constant hum of the cooling fans, and the phone didn't work. Despite a promised fix, the fireplace gave no heat and wouldn't shut off, making it not worth the cost. The large tub with a handheld sprayer made washing long hair challenging with one hand.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The location was convenient for my needs, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The service was somewhat lacking, although the breakfast offered standard hotel fare. Despite its flaws, the hotel's proximity to downtown Toronto and the airport was a definite plus.
The hotel rooms were okay and good value after settling in, although not too clean. They can easily be converted into a shower, which would add value. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient, although there was a check on the lock at 11 pm for an unknown reason. The location was perfect for our needs and family get-together, close to restaurants and major highways. The dining experience was poor with limited options, but there was a make-your-own pancake machine. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
